Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At INTIA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures transparency in how refunds are processed for subscriptions and services purchased through our platform.

Cancellation Process

  1. Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime through their account dashboard or by contacting support at support@intia.in.
  2. Upon cancellation, access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds are applicable only for annual subscription plans canceled within 7 days of purchase (cooling-off period). Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  2. Refunds will not be issued for partially used services or promotional offers availed during the subscription period.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  1. Services already accessed or utilized during the subscription period.
  2. One-time setup fees or custom solutions provided as per client requests.
  3. Downgrades from higher-tier plans after usage has commenced.
