2. Effective Date of Cancellation
For monthly subscription plans: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
– For annual subscription plans: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing year unless canceled within the refund eligibility period.
Refund Eligibility
1. Refunds for Annual Subscription Plans
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for annual subscription plans. If you cancel your annual plan within 7 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the 7-day cooling-off period unless there is a technical issue or service failure directly attributable to INTIA.
2. Refunds for Monthly Subscription Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed. However, you can cancel your subscription to avoid being charged for subsequent months.

The following services are not eligible for refunds:
One-time setup fees or onboarding charges for custom solutions.
Services already accessed or utilized during the subscription period.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
Partial Refunds
